Job summary

Accelera Solutions is seeking a Sr. SailPoint Identity and Access Management engineer to provide technical leadership on enterprise-scale IAM projects.

You will design, develop, and implement an IAM strategy, install and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ, and drive automated provisioning/deprovisioning to downstream systems. You will lead technical design discussions, collaborate with IAM, Network, and Security teams, and guide stakeholders on IAM best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ installation and RBAC design.
• Strong scripting abilities in JavaScript, XML, BeanShell, PowerShell or Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead design discussions and develop IAM platform enhancements.
• Install, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ and connectors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and perform UAT and bug fixes.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding and deliver automated solutions.
