Job summary

ESR Healthcare seeks a skilled SailPoint Engineer to support identity governance and administration with a strong focus on onboarding SOX-relevant systems including applications, databases, and infrastructure assets.

The role involves onboarding leadership, designing workflows, integrating with Active Directory and cloud platforms, and ensuring SOX audit readiness, with the first week onsite and remaining time remote.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IAM with hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud.
• Experience onboarding apps, databases, and infra in SOX environments.
• Familiar with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) in enterprise security.
• Strong access controls, IAM governance, and SOX audit/compliance.
• Scripting knowledge (Java, Beanshell, PowerShell) and REST/SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of SOX apps, databases, and infra into SailPoint.
• Design, configure, and maintain identity governance workflows.
• Integrate SailPoint with AD, cloud platforms, and databases.
• Collaborate with security/compliance for SOX audit readiness.
• Support Zscaler integration and enforce secure access policies.
