The Solution Architect is responsible for managing client projects through and through. They are accountable for providing support and excellent customer service in collaboration with team members, while meeting billable goals. The Solution Architect ensures the ERP architecture and design is efficient, secure, and cost-effective to best achieve client-defined results.
