Job summary

You will conduct safety inspections, identify abatement needs, and document trends to support safety strategy and goals. The role requires delivering project safety leadership, conducting audits, and coordinating with site teams to ensure compliance with regulations while promoting proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years construction safety experience
• Bachelor's degree in safety/health preferred
• Equivalent relevant experience considered

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement field safety program for routine construction projects
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits
• Oversee new hire orientation and drug/alcohol policy compliance
• Monitor prime contractor/subcontractor safety programs
• Attend project meetings to discuss safety matters
• Provide guidance and training on safety topics to project teams
• Assist in investigation of project-related accidents and root cause analysis
• Coordinate with clinics for return-to-work and injury progress reports
