Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Safety Specialist to join our team. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying hazards, and developing safety policies to promote a safe work environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• 3-5 years safety management experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of safety codes, OSHA regulations, and related agencies
• Experience with Lean Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis
• Behavior-based safety experience preferred
