Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented person to join our team as the Regional Sales Manager, Security Camera Trailers (RSM, SCT) for the Midwest. This position is an exempt, full-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Director of Sales, Security Camera Trailers. Overnight and out-of-state travel is required (expected to be up to 12 days per month initially, then reducing as the territory develops).
This is a remote position, with preference for candidates located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa.
The RSM, SCT will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share within a designated region. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, and managing a sales team to meet revenue targets. The role focuses on promoting and selling security camera trailers, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.
