Street Smart, a national leader in site security equipment, traffic safety equipment, and smart work zone technology, is expanding in one of the most competitive markets. We seek a driven, relentless, and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager based in the Northeastern US who excels at winning new business. This is a full-time exempt position with flexible hours, reporting to the Director of Sales.


Our Regional Sales Managers drive sales growth by building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing innovative solutions.


What You Will Do:

  • Hunt and close new business focusing on security integrators, guard companies, and general contractors.
  • Champion our security rental solutions and software.
  • Develop strategic relationships with regional and national accounts.
  • Lead territory planning, pipeline development, and forecasting.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences and long-term value.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A sales hunter with a proven record of net new business wins, preferably in construction, traffic safety, rental, or industrial solutions.
  • A customer-focused leader who builds strong relationships on-site and at decision-making levels.
  • Comfortable selling hardware and software solutions, with bonus points for experience with security integrators or guard companies.
  • Self-motivated, confident, accountable, and goal-oriented.
  • Based in or willing to travel extensively in the Northeastern US, preferably in New York or Massachusetts.
  • Descriptive words: Hunter mentality, Relationship builder, Resilient, Opportunity spotter, Energetic communicator, Solution seller.

Key Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify for a DOT medical card.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
