Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking a Safety, Quality and Training Trainer II to develop and deliver safety and technical training for our workforce. You will create facilitator guides, participant materials, and assessments to ensure staff are educated on safety protocols and OSHA standards.

You will work with the Training Manager to implement and enforce safety programs across the organization, coordinate field training, and evaluate training effectiveness while maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two+ years as a Safety Trainer preferred.
  • Two+ years’ experience operating heavy equipment.
  • CDL class A preferred.
  • Two+ years’ experience as a Technical Trainer preferred.
  • Two+ years of administrative experience in training or safety.
  • Experience in utility industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare facilitator materials, session plans, visual aids, and handouts.
  • Conduct safety and technical training for employees.
  • Enforce health and safety programs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to ensure field training is implemented.
  • Design training materials with the Training Manager.
  • Maintain OSHA recordkeeping reports.
  • Perform data entry to maintain training records.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the SQ department.
