Job summary

Kimble is seeking a knowledgeable training professional to develop and deliver hands-on programs that ensure safe operation of heavy equipment across a dynamic work environment. You will design curricula, assess operator competencies, and maintain documentation to support safety and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes field-based instruction, collaboration with operations and safety teams, and ongoing program evaluation to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience training, mentoring, or instructing operators in heavy equipment or similar machinery.
  • Knowledge of equipment safety practices, inspection procedures, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with individuals and groups of varying experience levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to create structured training sessions and measure learning outcomes.
  • Comfort working in field-based environments around active equipment operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
