Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Safety Manager to lead site safety across multiple projects. You will plan, coordinate, and enforce safety regulations, acting as the liaison with owners, subcontractors, and agencies.

Responsibilities include training managers, performing audits, and maintaining safety documentation. Travel up to 100% nationwide is required; projects span industrial, infrastructure, and large commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in occupational health or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years work experience.
• Previous management experience is required.
• CHST certification at minimum.
• SMP, ASP, CSP preferred.
• Data center project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct safety processes and training for ongoing safety awareness and emergency response.
• Maintain OSHA written management processes including recordkeeping per regulations.
• Perform daily site safety inspections and manage fall protection equipment.
• Establish a schedule for Job Hazard Analysis submissions and reviews.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Job Hazard Analysis programs.
• Recordkeeping of accidents and investigations; report weekly safety summaries.
• Ensure subcontractor safety compliance; analyze near-miss data and injuries.
• Coordinate safety meetings and pre-construction safety planning.
• Support return-to-work programs with medical staff and project teams.
