Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large, complex projects and multiple teams.
• Support Sector Leaders in planning and execution of projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Oversee contract administration and owner contract execution.
• Mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and teams to drive growth.
• Promote innovative problem-solving and construction planning strategies.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to PARIC safety standards and quality requirements.
