Job summary

U.S. Engineering Construction is seeking a Safety Manager, AIMS, to lead safety programs across projects, coach field teams, and uphold OSHA compliance. You will serve as the day-to-day safety lead and partner with operations leadership to drive a proactive safety culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, 5–7 years of safety experience in construction or industrial settings, and CSP/CHST preferred. Some regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of safety experience in construction, industrial, or mechanical systems industries.
• Experience leading safety programs and teams across multiple sites preferred.
• Certification CSP or CHST is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate and project safety programs and coach field teams.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA and client requirements; conduct audits.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analyses, implement corrective actions.
• Develop training content and deliver safety orientations and stand-downs.
• Support preconstruction safety planning and staffing recommendations.
