U.S. Engineering Construction seeks a Safety Director – AIMS to lead company-wide safety programs and ensure their sustained execution across the division.

You will partner with corporate EHS and regional leaders to drive a proactive safety culture, audits, incident management, and risk reduction across projects and facilities. You will supervise safety staff, oversee training, and coordinate with operations to maintain compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of safety experience in construction, industrial, or mechanical systems industries.
• 5 years regional or multi-site leadership experience is a plus.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or CHST certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead corporate and regional safety programs, standards, and trainings.
• Drive audits, incident management, and corrective actions across the AIMS division.
• Oversee safety performance metrics and governance with the Safety Committee.
• Develop and deploy safety culture initiatives and recognition programs.
• Manage safety staff and budgeting; ensure compliance across locations.
