Job summary

Adams Electric Company is seeking a Field Safety Specialist to enforce environmental, health, and safety programs across construction sites. You will conduct site safety audits, train personnel, and ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E standards while maintaining thorough documentation.

You will lead safety discussions, assist in incident investigations, and provide on-site guidance to project leadership to sustain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1926 and 1910.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to train large and small groups on safety topics.

Responsibilities

• Perform Construction Site and Safety Audits, Adams Project Site Safety Inspection.
• Participate in project handoff programs and processes.
• Document inspections and suggest corrective measures via Adams information systems.
• Conduct quality control inspections of field leadership ensuring safety forms are completed.
• Ensure projects have safety gear, PPE, potable water, latrines, first aid.
• Provide consultation to field leadership for safe working environment.
