Adams Electric Company seeks a Field Superintendent to plan, direct and supervise electrical installation and maintenance on active projects in the Greenville, NC area. This role works with the Project Manager, Field Operation Manager, General Superintendent and cross‑functional teams to ensure Adams standards, safety, quality and on‑time project delivery.

Responsibilities include scheduling, material logistics, BIM coordination, pre‑fabrication planning, QA/QC oversight and supervision of field

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; electrician licensure preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Liciensure as an electrician or 4–10 years related experience.

Aufgaben

• Supervise electrical work to meet project schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Field Operation Manager, BIM and QA/QC.
• Oversee safety plans and field operations.
• Develop and maintain material management and logistics plans.
• Lead BIM layout efforts and review drawings.
• Manage pre-fabrication plans and schedules.
