Job summary

Adams Electric Company is seeking a Field Superintendent to plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise personnel for electrical installation and maintenance projects in the Raleigh, NC area. The role collaborates with Project Manager, Field Operation Manager, BIM, safety, QA/QC, and pre-fabrication teams to uphold Adams Electric standards and schedules.

Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, material logistics, safety plans, QA/QC, BIM scheduling, and pre-fabrication planning to ensure

Qualifications

High School Graduate or GED required.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Licensure as an electrician or 4–10 years related experience required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct electrical work in logical steps to meet deadlines and project schedules.
Assist in scheduling and manpower planning for current projects.
Develop and maintain material management and jobsite logistics plans.
Oversee safety plans and ensure adherence to project safety guidelines and company standards.
Assist QA/QC in maintaining project quality documentation and compliance.
Lead BIM/design coordination with Project Manager, BIM Manager and foremen.
Oversee pre-fabrication planning, ensuring drawings are delivered and reviewed before fabrication and onsite installation.
