Responsibilities

• Mentor and evaluate safety staff with performance feedback.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety initiatives.
• Perform jobsite inspections and hazard recognition.
• Lead safety orientations, meetings, and training.
• Review Job Hazard Analyses and ensure proper controls.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with insurance on incident documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
