The Sr. Safety Specialist will lead safety programs, investigations, audits, and training to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related safety field is required or equivalent experience.
• CSP/ASP certification preferred; OSHA training credentials valued.
• Proven experience leading safety programs in manufacturing or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program implementation, administration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide safety leadership through field presence, engagement, and incident response support.
• Manage safety records, permits, reports, metrics, and documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and after-hours response.
• Lead risk assessments, JHA, and management of change activities.
• Coordinate safety training and regulatory interpretation for teams.
