Barrick Mining Corporation seeks an experienced Site Safety & Health Manager to shape a world-class safety culture across a complex mining operation in Nevada. You will lead HS&T governance, strategy, and annual plans, partnering with senior leaders to improve performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role oversees safety, occupational health, and training functions site-wide, builds strong teams, and drives continuous improvement with enterprise alignment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of HS&T experience in mining or high-risk industry with senior leadership responsibility.
• CSP or equivalent designation preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate risk data into practical actions.
• Experience designing and improving large-scale safety, health, training and assurance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site HS&T strategy and execution; manage safety, occupational health and training programs.
• Direct safety, industrial hygiene, workers’ compensation, emergency response, and training teams; set accountabilities and succession plans.
• Develop and optimize site-wide systems, SOPs, assurance protocols, and data management for safety performance.
• Strengthen risk management with governance of fatal risks and critical controls; monitor trends and closure of actions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to integrate HS&T priorities into business plans and operating processes.
