Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of underground mining experience.
• Experience leading training and Learning Management Systems.
• Thorough knowledge of MSHA, State, and ATF regulations.
• Proven ability to analyse data and present ideas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct the supervision, mentoring and coaching of divisional trainers and assessors.
• Coach in the field to ensure safety and training expectations are understood.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans for the team.
• Lead standardization of divisional procedures and training materials.
• Collaborate across Carlin to standardize procedures and training content.
• Drive continual improvement of training materials and systems.
