Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Safety & Environmental Health or Construction Management/Engineering.
• 4+ years of safety experience with preventive, professional duties.
• 5+ years of commercial construction safety experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Windows-based PC apps and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• OSHA 30 required.
• CHST Certification.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct safety training and incentive programs.
• Perform accident investigations and prepare written reports.
• Review site safety plans, JHAs, PTAs and related submittals.
• Manage safety records and program documentation.
• Oversee drug testing program for craft/hourly workforce.
• Represent the company in safety meetings and industry groups.
