Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Engineer of Safety to lead risk-based programs across facilities. You will ensure equipment and modifications comply with codes and standards, partnering with Engineering/Facilities and Field Operations.

You will drive RAP risk assessments, influence design decisions, and guide projects from design through activation, while communicating clearly with stakeholders and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety, or equivalent experience.
• CSP or related professional certification/s.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RAP risk assessments and assist in developing equipment safety designs.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Facilities, Operations Solution Design, and Field Operations teams.
• Guide projects from design to activation and go-live with clear communication and stakeholdeр alignment.
