Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or a related EHS field.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct hazard assessments, risk analyses, and safety reviews for construction and industrial operations.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs, procedures, and training to enhance worker safety and regulatory compliance.
• Perform safety audits, incident investigations, compliance inspections, and emergency response activities.
• Partner with project teams and contractors to integrate safety-by-design principles and ensure effective execution of site safety requirements.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools, workflows, and data analysis techniques to improve EHS processes, identify trends, and support proactive risk reduction.
