Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience conducting IH, safety, risk assessment, or regulatory compliance activities in industrial settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multi-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with standard business software and data management tools.

Aufgaben

• Support IH and safety programs across construction and manufacturing environments, ensuring effective implementation of requirements.
• Conduct industrial hygiene assessments, risk assessments, process hazard analyses, HAZOPs, and other evaluations to identify hazards and verify controls.
• Review facility and system designs to ensure regulatory compliance and Safety by Design integration.
• Develop and continuously improve IH and safety programs, procedures, training, and standards.
• Perform compliance audits, coordinate regulatory inspections, and monitor changes to maintain compliance.
• Investigate incidents to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze safety performance metrics and report findings to site leadership.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve program effectiveness and predict risks.
