Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field as listed.
• 7–10 years of progressive safety leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and programs.
• Lead safety culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, EPA, and state regulations.
• Oversee fleet safety programs, driver qualification, and inspections.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans.
