Job summary

U.S. Engineering Construction is seeking a Safety Director for the AIMS division to develop and implement company-wide safety programs and standards across multiple sites.

You will lead incident investigations, audits, training, and risk reduction efforts while partnering with corporate EHS leadership. Travel 40-60% to project sites, supervise safety staff, and drive a proactive safety culture aligned with our core value of safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety/related field required.
• 10–15 years of safety experience in construction/industrial/mechanical systems.
• 5 years regional or multi-site leadership is a plus.
• CSP/CHST or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate and regional safety programs and standards.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training and programs.
• Coach site leaders to improve safety performance.
• Manage drug and alcohol testing procedures.
