MonoSol in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Senior Safety Specialist to plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day safety operations. You will implement safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and minimize risk across EHSS domains.

Responsibilities include monitoring EHSS KPIs, advising on policy interpretation, and conducting audits. Requires a HS diploma (degree preferred) and 5 years’ manufacturing safety experience; on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in safety management or related field preferred.
• Experience with TPM, WCM, Lean, 6-Sigma, and 5S preferred.
• Must be willing to be on call and respond to on-site incidents outside of normal hours.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and review EHSS KPIs and patterns of behavior within the area of responsibility.
• Take action to improve performance and resolve noncompliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Provide specialist advice on policy interpretation and application, resolving queries.
• Investigate incidents and provide expert advice; minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal communications within established systems and procedures.
• Support a global document management system and ensure compliance with it.
• Manage a portfolio of audits and ensure corrective actions with auditors.
• Prepare and coordinate various data and analytics reports.
• Deliver training courses or programs and evaluate learning outcomes.
