MonoSol in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Senior Safety Specialist to plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day safety operations. You will implement safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and minimize risk across EHSS domains.
Responsibilities include monitoring EHSS KPIs, advising on policy interpretation, and conducting audits. Requires a HS diploma (degree preferred) and 5 years’ manufacturing safety experience; on-call duties apply.
The Senior Safety Specialist will plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day operations to identify, evaluate and assess probability and severity of losses. Implement safety programs and communicate to ensure compliance with such programs. This position will ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulatory standards which will include minimal environmental responsibilities to support site environmental compliance.
