Job summary

The role involves auditing compliance with OSHA regulations, developing corrective actions, and coaching onsite management to implement safety processes that prevent incidents. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of safety or operations experience, strong data analytics, and excellent communication skills to drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant safety or operations experience.
• Broad knowledge of OSHA General Industry regulations and safety practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across the organization.
• Experience developing and delivering onsite safety training.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies and programs to promote a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety compliance audits per OSHA and company policies.
• Produce Corrective Action Reports and track action items.
• Coordinate and train onsite management in safety processes.
• Promote Accident Prevention Programs and root cause analysis.
• Monitor OSHA recordable incidents and incident rates monthly.
• Develop site-specific training to reduce workplace accidents.
