Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior SaaS Solutions Architect (Ruby) to design and deliver scalable, client-centered solutions within our Professional Services organization. You will partner with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into well-architected systems leveraging APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.

You will mentor others, ensure delivery quality, and guide architectural best practices from discovery through deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or related fields.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience leading technical conversations.
• Hands-on development in two or more languages (e.g., Ruby, .NET, Node.js, Python, Java).
• Experience with SaaS and/or IPaaS in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical consulting engagements from discovery to scalable solution architecture.
• Design, build, test, and deploy software solutions using APIs and integrations.
• Create technical documentation including architecture designs and integration flows.
• Mentor teammates and provide technical guidance across engagements.
• Assess feasibility, effort estimates, and risks for sales opportunities.
