Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Senior Support Program Manager for the Support Delivery team in San Francisco. You will lead scalable support programs, drive automation, and align with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver premium customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, operations, or support engineering.
• Tools and automation (dashboards, ETL, low-code) that scale.
• Experience with AI/LLMs to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead support delivery programs for Tier 3 frontline delivery.
• Define experience, stand up the program with pilots and rollout.
• Design internal initiatives: specialization programs, quality, launches.
• Coordinate requirements with build owners and systems partners.
• Lead tools and automation projects to boost efficiency.
• Scale AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work and improve quality.
• Collaborate across teams to reduce friction and improve satisfaction.
• Shape the vision and long-term strategy of the new team.
