Nelnet Business Services (NBS), a division of Nelnet, Inc., is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive market opportunities, validate problems, and develop strategic roadmaps with executive stakeholders. This role partners with product owners and development teams to deliver measurable results across our education tech platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management or related knowledge.
• Experience with SaaS product development and pricing strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops industry relationships to identify market opportunities and advance Nelnet as a thought leader.
• Collaborates with marketing and sales on differentiation and growth strategies.
• Creates competitor profiles and defines a strategy to win against the competition in 1–3 years.
• Maintains product roadmaps in Jira and aligns features with strategic goals.
• Conducts client win/loss analyses and shares results across the organization.
• Manages product launch processes and measures success via client satisfaction and revenue goals.
