Qualifications

• 4+ years SaaS or implementation PM experience
• Ability to travel state-wide up to twice a week
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple client engagements
• Strong organization, communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Accelo, Jira, etc.)
• Exceptional attention to detail and emotional intelligence
• Demonstrated experience identifying and mitigating project risks
• Exposure to government customers and operations strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations
• Act as primary client contact and manage expectations
• Identify and mitigate risks, handle objections and manage to set scope, budget timelines, and priorities
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making both internally and externally
• Maintain detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery while keeping all stakeholders informed of status, risks, tradeoffs
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Ensure quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Support PMO standards, reporting, and governance
• Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities within Professional Services processes and workflows
• Lead the design, development, and rollout of improved internal processes, templates, and standards
• Own and drive cross-departmental initiatives that advance the Professional Services organization's scalability and effectiveness
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to align on delivery standards and improve the customer journey
