Job summary

Dotmatics seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large SaaS delivery and implementations for clients worldwide. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and ensure outcomes align with customer goals while maintaining compliance and effective stakeholder communication.

The role emphasizes agile and hybrid delivery, with responsibilities spanning planning, risk management, budgeting, and executive communications across a global customer base.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SaaS enterprise implementation/delivery experience.
• Project Management Certification such as PMP.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and manage the implementation of challenging customer projects using agile and hybrid approaches.
• Lead full cycle delivery for complex enterprise SaaS software deployments.
• Manage large digital transformation programmes.
• Define project objectives by identifying requirements, costs, scope and resources.
• Lead resolutions of customer or team issues with accountability for success.
• Communicate changes and adapt to challenges across multiple domains (equipment, processes, vendor management, training).
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and contracts; coordinate system improvements.
• Provide leadership to team leads and project staff across organizations.
• Collaborate with Services, Developers, Product, Finance and Sales to drive project success.
• Prepare and present executive briefings and manage project expenditures and invoicing.
• Create proposals and estimates for service delivery projects.
