Job summary

Majesco Limited is seeking an experienced attorney to support complex SaaS and commercial transactions across a growing enterprise technology business. This remote-first position in the United States offers direct business engagement and the chance to influence how legal partnership scales within Majesco’s expanding SaaS organization.

You will draft, negotiate, and execute sophisticated commercial agreements while collaborating with sales, finance, product, operations and executives to drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial transactions, technology law, or SaaS contracting in-house, boutique, or law firm
• US State Bar active membership in good standing
• Experience advising SaaS and technology clients, with enterprise sales exposure

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and structure sophisticated SaaS, software licensing, services, data privacy, vendor, procurement, and enterprise agreements
• Partner with sales and business leaders to accelerate revenue while balancing risk
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation, liability exposure, compliance, dispute mitigation, and strategy
• Draft agreements and manage complex negotiations with enterprise customers and vendors
• Support vendor management, RFP processes, and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with finance, security, compliance, product, and leadership teams
• Contribute to strategic initiatives including financing and acquisitions
• Improve contracting processes and negotiation playbooks for scale
• Operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
