Job summary

Latitude is seeking a junior in-house commercial counsel to support its business units in Scottsdale, AZ. The attorney will partner with business teams and legal executives on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, product development, IP, supply chain, and day-to-day operations.

Manufacturing background and global trade exposure are preferred. The position is full-time, onsite in Scottsdale with periodic travel; salary ranges from $160,000 to $185,000 and bonuses/equity are possible

Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house
• Strong background in commercial transactions, corporate law, and business counseling
• Deep understanding of commercial legal issues relevant to business operations
• Comfortable running tasks independently
• Demonstrated analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
• Experience in a manufacturing industry and exposure to global trade matters preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing
• Outstanding references required

Position Details Of The In-House Commercial Counsel

Compensation

Pay: The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $185,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses and equity compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.

Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
