Latitude is partnering with a client in the technology industry to offer a full-time, remote in-house counsel role that oversees the complete lifecycle of commercial contracting. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to run the full commercial function at a rapidly growing technology company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with customer, vendor, SaaS, privacy, security agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Prior in-house counsel experience is required.
• Experience in the technology industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts from negotiation to execution.
• Collaborate with in-house teams on technology, privacy and security contracts.
