Job summary

VSP Vision seeks a Senior SaaS Client Relationship Manager to oversee enterprise Eyefinity accounts with 75+ locations and drive SaaS adoption. You will cultivate executive relationships and align product, service delivery, and customer goals across functions.

You will apply optical industry expertise, provide consultative solutions, and develop quarterly business reviews. The role involves leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 4+ years of account management experience.
• 4+ years of retail/operation management in multi-location optical industry.
• In-depth understanding of software and optical industry.
• Subject matter expert with Eyefinity products and services.
• Strong leadership and communication with senior partners.
• Ability to lead account-related project teams and manage multiple implementations.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise accounts with 75+ locations and guide adoption of Eyefinity SaaS.
• Develop account plans, conduct quarterly business reviews, and build executive relationships.
• Provide SME consulting to improve workflows, product features, and customer value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing to ensure high satisfaction.
• Mentor other Client Relationship managers and promote best practices.
