Job summary

VSP Vision seeks a Senior SaaS Client Relationship Manager to oversee enterprise accounts with 75+ locations, focusing on Eyefinity’s SaaS platform. You will drive adoption, deliver consultative solutions, and align cross-functional teams to maximize business value.

You will partner with executives and manage multi-location implementations, develop account plans, conduct quarterly reviews, and mentor junior managers while promoting product value and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of account management experience.
• 4+ years of retail/operation management in the multi-location optical industry.
• In-depth understanding of software and optical industry.
• Subject matter expert with Eyefinity products and services.
• Proven strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence business partners and effectively partner with senior-level management.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise accounts with 75+ locations to maximize Eyefinity SaaS value.
• Develop and maintain account/success plans and quarterly business reviews.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions.
• Promote Eyefinity products to key accounts through value demonstration.
• Mentor other Client Relationship managers and share SME insights.
