Job summary

VSP Vision Care seeks a senior Client Relationship Manager to manage enterprise Eyefinity customers with 75+ locations. You will drive adoption of Eyefinity SaaS, build executive-level relationships, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of account management experience.
• 4+ years of retail/operation management within the multi-location optical industry environment.
• In-depth understanding of software and optical industry.
• Subject matter expert with Eyefinity products and services.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with senior-level partner collaboration.
• Ability to lead account-related project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent account implementations and business issues.
• Adaptability to change and agile environment.
• Ability to communicate to Eyefinity senior management and external audiences.
• Proven problem identification and solving capabilities.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all high-profile multi-location accounts (+75 locations).
• Manage accounts critical to company initiatives and other lines of business.
• Proactively monitor key accounts to identify issues.
• Escalate client issues and drive solutions with partners.
• Provide in-depth consulting using Eyefinity knowledge to yield measurable results.
• Recommend and develop workflow/process changes to improve service and support enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and maintain account/success plans for each customer.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Build and nurture relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
• Provide SME for internal software initiatives and product development feedback.
• Act as voice of customer for cross-functional product strategy.
