Job summary

VSP Vision is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to oversee enterprise customers with 75+ locations. You will drive adoption of Eyefinity SaaS, escalate and resolve high-profile issues, and partner with Product and Sales to influence the roadmap.

You will leverage optical industry expertise and consultative skills to grow client relationships, manage budgets, and deliver measurable business value. A strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration mindset is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management for multi-location retail or optical environments.
• Deep understanding of Eyefinity products and services.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise accounts with 75+ locations and drive adoption of Eyefinity SaaS.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support and Marketing.
• Develop and maintain account/success plans and conduct quarterly business reviews.
