Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Manager, Evidence & Insights (RWE & HEOR) to lead strategic and scientific support across real-world evidence, health economics, and outcomes research. This role co-leads client engagements end-to-end, guiding evidence strategies, analytics, and deliverables for biopharma clients, with hybrid US-based work options.

The Senior Manager collaborates with Directors/VPs to ensure scientific rigor, manage staff and budgets, and stay ahead of evolving HTA and payer

Formación

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in HEOR, RWE, SLR, epidemiology, outcomes research, market access strategy, or closely related fields (consulting and/or biopharma experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees strongly preferred (MPH, PhD, PharmD, MD, MS, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated expertise in HEOR/RWE study design and execution and ability to translate evidence into access-relevant strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Co-lead and support RWE and HEOR strategy across client programs, including evidence planning, study design, and interpretation of findings to inform value, access, and payer and health system decision-making.
• Design and support evidence generation plans (e.g., RWE studies, retrospective database studies, economic models) aligned to product lifecycle needs and client requirements.
• Develop and oversee the process for systematic literature reviews (SLRs), including protocols, searches, screening, and data extraction/reporting.
• Translate complex real-world datasets and outcomes evidence into clear, defensible insights and recommendations for clients.
• Serve as a client co-lead with Directors/VP to build trusted relationships and ensure scientific rigor, timelines, and client expectations.
• Directly manage staff planning, timelines, communications, and budgets to ensure staffing and execution quality.
• Stay current on evolving evidence standards, HTA requirements, payer expectations, and RWE guidance.
• Co-lead scoping and resourcing for engagements; define scope, timelines, budgets, staffing; manage risks and changes.
• Partner cross-functionally to connect evidence strategy to client objectives and account growth.
