Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. in Great Falls, MT is seeking a skilled RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components.

Your technical expertise and attention to detail will ensure customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and overall service quality. You will lead complex diagnostics, mentor junior technicians, maintain high workmanship standards, and contribute to customer satisfaction and service turnaround

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification is required.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
• Own a set of personal tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales.
• Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation.
• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electric, plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis.
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections and prepare units for customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards.
