webAI is seeking a Senior Platform Rust Engineer to build the core software platform powering our enterprise and consumer products. You will design reusable platform capabilities and expose them via stable APIs and SDKs, spanning architecture, backend, automation, and developer experience.

You will own features from design to release, balancing low-level concerns with practical interfaces for developers, while shaping the platform’s boundaries and evolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong API/SDK and developer-facing platform interface experience.
• Strong systems-engineering skills including concurrency and performance.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Experience packaging and distributing production software.
• Ability to write maintainable code, tests, and documentation.
• Experience diagnosing complex integration and performance problems.
• Proven ability to take complex requirements through design to release.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Design and build platform capabilities shared across webAI products.
• Develop backend and systems software with emphasis on performance and security.
• Create stable APIs and SDKs for internal and external developers.
• Own features from architecture through testing, packaging, release and production support.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for multi-platform builds and releases.
• Establish API evolution, versioning, compatibility, migration practices.
• Write documentation, examples, and reference implementations.
