Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of software and platform engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience building platform infrastructure and backend systems serving multiple products.
• Experience in Rust; expertise designing high-performance systems.
• Expertise in database architecture, distributed data systems, and low-latency access.
• Experience designing systems for AI/ML workloads.
• Familiarity with workflow engines and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Commitment to collaboration, inclusion and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop foundational components for the Agentic AI platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform solutions for developers.

• Provide production support and troubleshoot performance and scalability issues.
