Roder AI Oy is hiring two senior developers for AI security and infrastructure, with start dates now or in August. Roles are remote‑first with Finland or Sweden as possible locations; equity, stock options, and a focus on practical, production‑grade Rust systems are offered.

The work spans backend services, networking, security, and Kubernetes infrastructure, with a bias toward fast delivery and minimal hierarchy. We value initiative, ownership, and cutting‑edge AI governance work.

Qualifications

• Proven senior‑level engineering experience with shipped systems that users depend on.
• Strong containerization experience; Kubernetes is the standard.
• Genuine comfort with Rust; enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, gateways and API security.
• EU residency and eligibility to work in Finland or Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Rust‑based backend services powering our AI security gateway.
• Architect and maintain networking and gateway infrastructure (Layer 7 routing, traffic management).
• Own security engineering (prompt injection detection, ML‑based threat models, data protection).
• Build and improve Kubernetes‑based infrastructure (deploy pipelines, observability, resilience).
• Contribute to architectural decisions and fast, value‑driven delivery.
