Qualifications

• 3+ years of Rust development for production systems; strong Rust proficiency.
• Experience with C/C++ development and Python is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support embedded software development using Rust on target hardware.
• Lead adoption of Rust across multiple product lines and establish patterns and tooling.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to define interfaces and performance requirements.
• Design, implement, test, and document software across the full development lifecycle.
• Investigate root causes of complex issues and propose robust fixes.
• Develop test plans and procedures; create and maintain technical documentation.
