Job Juncture is seeking a Senior Rust Software Developer for an onsite role in Camden, NJ. You will develop Rust-based embedded software, lead the adoption of Rust practices, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to meet performance goals. A DoD security clearance and a bachelor’s degree are required.

The position offers a $130,000–$210,000 salary range with a $10k sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing Rust software for production systems.
• Deep understanding of Rust language and embedded software.
• Experience with C/C++ development and Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering in embedded Rust software development.
• Lead adoption and deployment of Rust across multiple product lines.
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams on interfaces and performance requirements.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle.
