Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with an Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree with at least 4 years; or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience developing Rust for production systems.
• Experience with CC++ development.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering team in embedded software development with Rust.
• Lead the adoption and deployment of Rust across multiple product lines.
• Apply CS/engineering concepts to develop software for target hardware.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to design interfaces and performance requirements.
• Support all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Investigate root causes and implement solutions, independently or with a team.
