Divine Match Talent is partnering with an enterprise fintech to build core infrastructure for tokenized and traditional assets. The Senior Rust Backend Engineer will design, implement, and scale core services and adapters in an event-driven platform.

You’ll work with AI-native data models and cutting-edge tooling to improve velocity, reliability, and security of enterprise-grade systems handling money and assets. Strong ownership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Rust backend experience.
• Strong experience with microservices, Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Deep familiarity with gRPC, Kafka, and distributed systems.
• Experience with AI tooling and LLM APIs.
• Excellent communication and ownership in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver reliable, secure, high-performance Rust backend services and adapters across core and edge components.
• Build integrations using event-driven patterns with blockchain and traditional financial rails.
• Contribute to AI-native data models and ensure observability and testing are robust.
• Promote secure engineering practices throughout the product lifecycle.
